The name Devol’s Dance is a hat-tip to the pioneer of industrial robotics, George Devol (the “dance” part is an alliteration we couldn’t resist). We deeply appreciate that advancements of the human race are the results of bold thinking and hard work from leaders like Mr. Devol.
We want the most forward-thinking founders, executives, and investors in the same room at the same time to share ideas and think critically about the world we’re shaping. Innovation doesn’t happen by accident. It’s created by big thinkers who envision a better, more productive world than the one we have now. If that’s you, we want you at The Dance.
The Midwest is the automation capital of the world. More than half of our country’s industrial robots are concentrated in just 10 states between the coasts.
The region is where industry has always lived, and now -- thanks to the infusion of A.I. into everything we do -- has become the region where industry innovation is thriving.
Note: Free parking is available behind the museum.
We are offering a discounted rate at the Le Méridien in the Short North Arts District. The hotel is a block away from Monday night’s venue and a 5 minute Uber from Tuesday’s. Please book your room using this link or call 855-811-0075 and ask for the Devol’s Dance room block.
